From 435-440:
Transmute: Earthsiege Diamond (1 x Dark Jade, 1 x Huge Citrine, 1 x Ethernal Fire) x 5
You now learn Transmute: Earthsiege Diamond, which is yellow till 440.

From 440-445:

If you want to stockpile Outland materials to get to 380 that's fine, but since Elixir of Spirit and Crazy Alchemist's Potion are both so easy to craft, it doesn't make much of a difference if you decide to just start with Northrend recipes.
